Polyurethane Adhesive Sausage

It is a high modulus one-component polyurethane-based material used for filling and separating. It fills more gaps than other adhesive groups however shear strengths are slightly lower than other adhesive groups. It has excellent adhesion to iron sheet, aluminum, stainless steel, lead, copper, ceramic, glass, wood and many plastic surfaces. It does not flow and does not shrink. Can be easily applied with a caulk gun. Ideal in the automotive industry, manufacture of tools etc. Reduces vibration in metal plate joints. Can be painted after cured.
Usage: The surface should be clean, dry and free from dust, oil, grease, and rust. Remove the remnants of the old gasket before performing repair work. Apply a sufficient amount of the product to one side, wait for 10 minutes and then assemble the parts. Can be apply with a spatula (Use plastic or stainless steel tools). After the procedure, clean the tool with a paper towel and rinse with a solvent. For uncured silicone, we recommend using silicone remover.
