It is used to detect whether the smoke detector is malfunctioning or not. It simulates smoke in the form of aerosol. It can tests the smoke detectors quickly and safely without the need for additional test equipment. Does not leave any residue and does not cause pollution. Provides reliable control in industrial facilities, service buildings or homes.
Usage: Apply to the smoke detector from a distance of 10 inches (25 cm). If the smoke detector is working properly, the alarm will be triggered within the next 10-20 seconds. The application can be repeated 2-3 times, optionally. If the smoke detector does not trigger, replace the smoke detector battery or the device itself and test again. The smoke alarm test should be repeated every six months.
